Ingredients
  

Salsa Base
  • 2 pcs Jalapeños seeded for mild heat or keep seeds for spice
  • 1 cup Cilantro Leaves packed
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice about 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ small White Onion chopped
Optional Add-In
  • 1 piece Avocado optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Rinse and pat dry the fresh jalapeños and white onion. Chop them into smaller chunks.
  2. In a food processor, combine jalapeños, onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend on high for about 30 seconds.
  3. If a thinner salsa is preferred, gradually add water and blend until the desired texture is reached.
  4. Taste the salsa and adjust lime juice, jalapeño, or salt as needed.
  5. Serve immediately with chips or tacos, or store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
