Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the chili powder, smoked paprika, minced garlic, lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the center of a large sheet pan and pour half of the marinade over them.
  4. Toss the sliced bell peppers and onion with the remaining marinade.
  5. Arrange the seasoned vegetables around the salmon on the sheet pan.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime slices before serving.
