Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Strawberry Spinach Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of washed and torn fresh spinach with 2 cups of hulled and sliced strawberries. Toss gently with your hands.
  2. Sprinkle in ½ cup of crumbled feta cheese and, if desired, ½ cup of chopped almonds or walnuts. Mix these ingredients together.
  3. Thinly slice ¼ cup of red onion and add it to the salad mix. Ensure the onion pieces are finely sliced.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
