Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  4. In a baking dish, combine bell peppers, onion, and pineapple.
  5. Layer the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables.
  6. Pour the sauce evenly over the chicken and veggies.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
