Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 lb of ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up until browned.
  3. Add 1 cup of chopped onion and 1 cup of diced bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
  5. Stir in 1 cup of long-grain white rice, 2 cups of beef broth, and the can of undrained diced tomatoes.
