Preparation Steps
  1. Start by rinsing 1 cup of strawberries under cool running water to remove any residue. Remove the green tops and cut the strawberries in half if they’re large.
  2. Take your 1 cup of pineapple chunks and chop them into small, bite-sized chunks after peeling.
  3. In a blender, combine strawberries, chopped pineapple, 2 tablespoons of honey (if using), and ½ cup of water. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each about three-quarters full.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold and place upright in the freezer.
  6. Allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until solid.
  7. Run molds under warm water for about 10 seconds to loosen the popsicles before removing them.
  8. Gently grasp the sticks and pull to release your popsicles, ready to enjoy!
