  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey optional, for taste

Method
 

  1. Fill a large glass with 8-12 ounces of filtered water at room temperature or slightly warm
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water
