Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

  3. Transfer the golden chicken to the greased baking dish, arranging them evenly.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms for about 4-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Generously pour the sautéed mushrooms over the chicken in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken and mushrooms evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped parsley.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling.
