Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut beef stew meat into bite-sized pieces and halve baby potatoes, then set aside.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper in a separate bowl, tossing well to coat.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Combine seasoned beef and baby potatoes in the slow cooker with Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, and additional salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle the melted garlic butter over the mixture in the slow cooker.
  6. Stir all ingredients gently to combine.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
  8. Check for doneness, ensuring beef is tender and potatoes are easily pierced with a fork.
  9. Scoop the beef and potatoes into bowls, adding garlic butter sauce over each serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
