Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by removing any packaging from the ham and pat it dry with paper towels. Score the surface of the ham in a criss-cross pattern about ¼ inch deep.
  2. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) while you prepare the glaze.
Making the Glaze
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cloves, and pineapple juice. Whisk until smooth.
Basting the Ham
  1. Brush the glaze over the entire surface of the ham, ensuring it fills the scored areas. Place on a roasting rack in a roasting pan.
Baking
  1. Bake at 275°F (135°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 20 minutes with drippings.
  2. After 1.5 to 2 hours, increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake for an additional 15 minutes for a golden crust.
Resting
  1. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
