Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on the baking sheet.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
  4. Bake the wings for 30-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Once wings are done, transfer them to a mixing bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
  8. Serve the wings on a platter garnished with chopped parsley.
