- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on the baking sheet.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season them with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
- Bake the wings for 30-40 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Once wings are done, transfer them to a mixing bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve the wings on a platter garnished with chopped parsley.
