- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a medium bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Coat the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Layer the coated biscuit pieces into the greased loaf pan.
- Melt the unsalted butter and mix in the brown sugar and vanilla extract.
