  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas

  • 2 cups Cabbage (shredded) can use red or green
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
For the Lime Crema
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt plain
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice additional
For Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for searing
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For Garnish
  • Fresh Herbs optional

Preparation Steps

  4. Whisk together shredded cabbage, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. Combine Greek yogurt with additional lime juice and a dash of salt until smooth.
  6. Heat corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  7. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces using a fork.
  8. Assemble each taco with flaked salmon, slaw, and lime crema.
  9. Serve the tacos immediately, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
