  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil adds depth and richness

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic for bold aroma
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary fresh is best!
  • 1 teaspoon flaky salt for crunch and flavor

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pizza dough in a lightly greased bowl for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the dough into 12 even pieces.
  3. Oil the muffin pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil in each cup.
  4. Shape each piece of dough into a rough ball and place in the muffin cups.
  5. Cover the pan with a towel and let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
  6. Chop the garlic and fresh rosemary while the dough rises.
  7. Heat remaining olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
  8. Infuse the oil with chopped garlic and rosemary for about 1 minute.
  9. Spoon the infused garlic-rosemary oil onto each dough ball.
  10. Create dimples in each dough ball with your fingers.
  11. Sprinkle flaky salt generously on top.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) for 14-16 minutes.
