- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Combine sliced peaches with lemon juice in a bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Drizzle melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form the crust.
- Spread the peach mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the top of the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before slicing into squares.
