Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, ½ cup of butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and ¼ teaspoon salt. Heat until the butter melts and the mixture simmers.
- Whisk in 1 cup of all-purpose flour into the saucepan, stirring quickly to avoid lumps. Mix over low heat until the dough forms a ball.
- Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool. Whisk together 3 eggs and gradually add to the dough, mixing until smooth.
- Fill a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle with the dough and pipe onto baking sheets, ensuring 2 inches between each piece.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden-brown. Turn off the oven and let the churros rest inside for 10 minutes.
- Combine ¼ cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and ¼ teaspoon of salt in a bag. Mix well.
- Toss the warm churros in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.

Notes
Ensure ingredients are measured precisely for best results. Use room temperature eggs and let churros rest in the oven for optimal texture.
