Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk the wet ingredients in another bowl and add to the dry mixture.
  4. Pat the Little Smokies dry and skewer with toothpicks.
  5. Dip the smokies in the batter and coat evenly.
  6. Fry the coated smokies for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
  7. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
