- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
