Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, hot honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the feta mixture over each piece of chicken.
  5. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese, then press onto the feta-covered chicken.
  6. Drizzle or spray olive oil over the coated chicken.
  7. Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes until fully cooked and golden brown.
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Drizzle additional hot honey over the chicken and garnish with parsley before serving.
