Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
- In a mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, honey, egg, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together. Stir in rolled oats.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together until just combined. Add optional ingredients if desired.
- Scoop dough onto the cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden around the edges.
- Cool cookies on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
