- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Mix until well blended.
