Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, then remove from heat.
- Cut the cheddar cheese into eight cubes and set aside.
- Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and top with a cheese cube.
- Seal the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching tightly.
- Brush the tops of the bombs with the melted garlic butter.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with parsley and serving warm.
