Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef seasoned
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 8 cubes cheddar cheese about ¾-inch each
Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough eight pieces
Topping
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce, then remove from heat.
  3. Cut the cheddar cheese into eight cubes and set aside.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit and top with a cheese cube.
  6. Seal the edges of the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching tightly.
  7. Brush the tops of the bombs with the melted garlic butter.
  8. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the tops of the bombs.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with parsley and serving warm.

Notes
