  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry, season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté sliced bell peppers for about five minutes.
  4. Place seasoned chicken in a baking dish and spread sautéed peppers on top.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the chicken and peppers.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Check internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley before serving.
