  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 4-6 tablespoons heavy cream adjust for thickness

Method
 

Cookie Making Steps
  1. Brown the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden and nutty.
  2. Cream cooled brown butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing on low speed until combined.
  4. Whisk together flour, oats, chai spice blend, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Combine with wet mixture without overmixing.
  5. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Shape the dough into 18-20 balls, flatten, and space them on the baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
  9. Prepare the maple glaze by mixing all glaze ingredients until smooth.
  10. Dip the cooled cookies into the glaze and let set for at least 10 minutes before serving.
