Cookie Making Steps
- Brown the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden and nutty.
- Cream cooled brown butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar using an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Whisk together flour, oats, chai spice blend, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl. Combine with wet mixture without overmixing.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10-30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Shape the dough into 18-20 balls, flatten, and space them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden and centers are set.
