- Marinate the beef by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and pepper in a bowl. Add beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the creamy sauce combining mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and warm water. Whisk until smooth.
- Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain and save ¼ cup noodle water.
- In a pan, combine reserved noodle water, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and sugar. Heat until slightly thickened.
- Grill the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes per side on a preheated grill pan until charred.
- Assemble the dish by plating noodles, topping with grilled beef, drizzling creamy sauce, and garnishing with scallions and sesame seeds.
