Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the beef by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, and pepper in a bowl. Add beef and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the creamy sauce combining mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and warm water. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain and save ¼ cup noodle water.
  4. In a pan, combine reserved noodle water, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and sugar. Heat until slightly thickened.
  5. Grill the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes per side on a preheated grill pan until charred.
  6. Assemble the dish by plating noodles, topping with grilled beef, drizzling creamy sauce, and garnishing with scallions and sesame seeds.
