  • ½ cup Honey or Maple Syrup use honey for traditional sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • pinch Salt optional
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats optional
  • 2 cups Mini Pretzels broken into bite-sized pieces

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of peanut butter and ½ cup of either honey or maple syrup. Stir vigorously for about 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Pour in ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt if using it. Mix well for another minute.
  3. If adding rolled oats, sprinkle in 1 cup of oats, then gently fold in 2 cups of broken mini pretzels.
  4. Scoop out the mixture and shape into rounds, placing them on a lined baking sheet with space between cookies.
  5. Transfer the cookies to the refrigerator and let them chill for at least 1 hour.
