Garlic Butter
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Rollups
  • 6 large Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Crumpled Bacon
  • ½ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Optional Topping
  • Fresh Chives for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface and brush each with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly across the tortillas.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll each tortilla up tightly and secure seam-side down.
  7. Place rolled tortillas on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space in between.
  8. Brush the tops of the rollups with any remaining garlic butter.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Let rollups cool for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
  11. Serve garnished with fresh chives if desired.
