Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). While heating, place frozen French fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and yellow mustard to the beef mixture. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to blend flavors.
  4. Transfer the baked fries to a 9x13-inch baking dish, evenly spread across the bottom, and spoon the beef mixture over them.
  5. Sprinkle 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture, and layer additional cheese slices if desired.
  6. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles. Broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a golden finish.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot with optional toppings like pickles and tomatoes.
