  • 1 tablespoon Low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons Water to thin the sauce as needed

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, rice vinegar, olive oil, and soy sauce until smooth. Mix in crushed red pepper flakes, grated ginger, honey, and sesame oil. Add water to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until thin, aiming for about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer the dough onto your prepared sheet.
  4. Spread the homemade peanut sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edge.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded chicken, chopped onion, and shredded carrots evenly over the peanut sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the toppings.
  7. Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden-brown crust and bubbly cheese.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro over the top, slice, and serve warm.
