Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add 1 lb of ground beef. Cook the beef for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is fully browned.
  2. Carefully drain any excess grease from the skillet, then sprinkle in the taco seasoning, mixing well. Stir in 1 cup of cooked rice and 1 can of drained beans, and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Lay out 4 large flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle approximately ½ cup of shredded cheese over the beef mixture on each tortilla. Add any extra toppings if desired.
  5. To close the burritos, fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly until fully enclosed.
  6. If you prefer crispy tortillas, heat an air fryer or skillet over medium heat and cook the rolled burritos for about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove the burritos from the heat and let them cool slightly. Serve with fresh salsa, sour cream, and guacamole on the side.
