Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of water, adding salt. Cook elbow macaroni until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour, then milk and stir until thick. Add cheddar and mozzarella until melted; mix with macaroni.
  3. Season steak cubes with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet. Sear steak for 2-3 minutes on each side; add garlic towards the end.
  4. Serve mac and cheese in bowls topped with steak bites and parsley. Enjoy the dish immediately.
