Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar, then add the melted butter until the mixture is moist.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the baking pan to form an even crust.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
  5. Layer the chocolate bars evenly on the cooled crust and bake for 3 minutes to melt the chocolate.
  6. Carefully pack mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate.
  7. Turn the oven to broil and toast the marshmallows for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool the S'mores Bars on the counter and then refrigerate to firm up before slicing.
  9. Warm a knife under hot water for clean cuts and slice the bars.
