Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar, then add the melted butter until the mixture is moist.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the baking pan to form an even crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
- Layer the chocolate bars evenly on the cooled crust and bake for 3 minutes to melt the chocolate.
- Carefully pack mini marshmallows over the melted chocolate.
- Turn the oven to broil and toast the marshmallows for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the S'mores Bars on the counter and then refrigerate to firm up before slicing.
- Warm a knife under hot water for clean cuts and slice the bars.
