Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the no-boil lasagna noodles in boiling salted water until just al dente (5-7 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Blend cream cheese, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped shrimp, scallops, crab meat, and fresh spinach until evenly combined.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the creamy sauce at the bottom of the baking dish, then layer with lasagna noodles.
  6. Spoon the seafood-spinach mixture over the noodles, followed by more creamy sauce and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layering noodles, seafood mixture, creamy sauce, and mozzarella until all ingredients are used, finishing with noodles and cheese on top.
  8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
