Instructions
  1. Slice the bananas into quarter-sized pieces and lay them evenly across a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the bananas and dates, covering every nook.
  4. Sprinkle granola evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the layered bark and spread it evenly.
  7. Chill the bark in the freezer for 30-60 minutes until set.
  8. Break the bark into pieces and serve as a snack or dessert.
