Preparation Steps
- Grease a muffin pan with butter or cooking spray and line with baking paper rounds.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chopped butter, and 100 g of white chocolate until creamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice cereal, desiccated coconut, and chopped raspberry lollies. Mix gently.
- Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the dry ingredients and fold together until everything is coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin pan and press down to create an even top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
- Melt the remaining 100 g of white chocolate with vegetable oil until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the crackles and top with finely chopped raspberry lollies and pistachios.
