- Melt 225 g of chopped dark chocolate and 56 g of butter together until smooth.
- Beat together 2 room-temperature eggs, 100 g of caster sugar, 90 g of Demerara sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until light and fluffy.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the beaten eggs and sugar mixture. Then add the dry ingredients and mix until just blended.
- Fold in 85 g of chocolate chips to ensure even distribution.
