- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate each biscuit into two layers to have 16 layers.
- Spread a generous amount of creamy horseradish sauce on one side of each biscuit layer.
- On half of the layers, place a slice of provolone cheese followed by a portion of sliced roast beef.
- Assemble the biscuits by topping the filled layers with the plain layers, pinching the edges firmly to seal.
- Bake the biscuits for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the Au Jus gravy according to packet instructions while the biscuits bake.
- Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter when done and serve hot with Au Jus.
