For the Biscuits
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuits
  • to taste tablespoons Creamy horseradish sauce
For the Filling
  • 8 oz Thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
For the Au Jus
  • 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate each biscuit into two layers to have 16 layers.
  3. Spread a generous amount of creamy horseradish sauce on one side of each biscuit layer.
  4. On half of the layers, place a slice of provolone cheese followed by a portion of sliced roast beef.
  5. Assemble the biscuits by topping the filled layers with the plain layers, pinching the edges firmly to seal.
  6. Bake the biscuits for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Prepare the Au Jus gravy according to packet instructions while the biscuits bake.
  8. Brush the tops of the biscuits with melted butter when done and serve hot with Au Jus.
