Steps
  1. Gather your ingredients for the Creamy Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque. Chop one medium onion and mince two cloves of garlic.
  2. In a large pot, melt two tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  3. Pour in 4 cups of seafood or vegetable broth, then bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
