Step-by-Step Instructions for Cream Cheese Flan
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of sugar until golden-brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Pour caramel into a round baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs. Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the flan mixture gently over the cooled caramel.
