Step-by-Step Instructions for Cream Cheese Flan
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 cup of sugar until golden-brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Pour caramel into a round baking dish.
