Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken and BBQ sauce. Stir until fully coated.
- Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Heat skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Place two slices of bread in the skillet, buttered-side down. Add half of the cheese.
- Spread BBQ chicken mixture on top of the melted cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over chicken mixture and top with other two bread slices, buttered-side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and cut in half before serving.
