Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish using cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine goat cheese, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Slice the pears in half lengthwise and remove the core.
- Spoon the goat cheese mixture into each pear half.
- Sprinkle cranberries over the filled pear halves.
- Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts over the filled pears.
- Drizzle extra honey over the tops of the pears.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove the foil in the last 5-10 minutes to brown the tops.
