Instructions for Fudgy Protein Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until uniform.
- In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Fold in any optional add-ins.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, slice into squares and serve.
