Instructions for Fudgy Protein Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt until uniform.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Fold in any optional add-ins.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, slice into squares and serve.
