Preparation
  1. Marinate the cabbage by tossing it in a bowl with rice vinegar, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry and toss with cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil or cooking spray. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayo (or yogurt), sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a small bowl until smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce to coat evenly.
  6. Warm tortillas in the same skillet for 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble the tacos by layering marinated cabbage and coated shrimp in each tortilla. Garnish with green onions or cilantro.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the explosion of flavors!
