- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey or chicken, plain breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, parsley, and all spices. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 24 evenly sized meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with sauce, over spaghetti squash, or as a snack.
