Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey or chicken, plain breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, parsley, and all spices. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 24 evenly sized meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden and cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with sauce, over spaghetti squash, or as a snack.
