  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple cut into ½-inch cubes
  • 2 medium Ripe pears cored and sliced
  • 2 medium Ripe apples cored and sliced
  • 1 cup Seedless red grapes halved
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans omit for nut allergies
For the Dressing
  • ½ cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or sugar-free honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your fresh ingredients for the Winter Fruit Salad.
  2. Rinse the pineapple, pears, apples, red grapes, and pomegranate seeds under cool water. Slice the pineapple into cubes, core the pears and apples, and slice them into wedges. Halve the grapes.
Combine Fruits
