For the Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon light butter or reduced-fat margarine melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce infuses the mix with savory flavor
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder gives warmth and depth
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder enhances flavor with sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika optional, adds a smoky twist

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, Rice Chex, mini pretzels, and peanuts.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt (and smoked paprika if using).
  4. Drizzle the seasoning mixture over the cereal blend and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
