Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approx. 500°F).
  2. Wash and dry bell peppers, slice lengthwise, and remove seeds.
  3. Spray or brush the peppers with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes; add olive oil.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet; add sourdough bread, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until golden brown.
  6. Grill peppers cut-side down for 5-6 minutes, flip, and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer grilled peppers to a dish, drizzle with vinaigrette, and marinate for a few minutes.
  8. Tear burrata and place over peppers, drizzle with more vinaigrette.
  9. Sprinkle with crispy sourdough crumbs and fresh herbs; serve immediately.
