- Wash and dry bell peppers, slice lengthwise, and remove seeds.

- Melt butter in a skillet; add sourdough bread, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, stirring until golden brown.
- Grill peppers cut-side down for 5-6 minutes, flip, and grill for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer grilled peppers to a dish, drizzle with vinaigrette, and marinate for a few minutes.
- Tear burrata and place over peppers, drizzle with more vinaigrette.
- Sprinkle with crispy sourdough crumbs and fresh herbs; serve immediately.
