- Begin by preparing your cod fish fillet. Gently pat it dry with a paper towel and drizzle coconut aminos over the fillet.
- Finely slice the ginger and scallions, and chop the Fresno chilies.
- Prepare your steaming apparatus with water and bring it to a vigorous boil.
- Once boiling, place the seasoned cod fillet in the steamer and cover.
- Heat avocado oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add ginger and scallions, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate chopped Fresno chilies and sesame oil, stirring together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once the cod is finished steaming, remove it from the steamer and drizzle the ginger-scallion mixture over it before serving.
