Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preparing your cod fish fillet. Gently pat it dry with a paper towel and drizzle coconut aminos over the fillet.
  2. Finely slice the ginger and scallions, and chop the Fresno chilies.
  3. Prepare your steaming apparatus with water and bring it to a vigorous boil.
  4. Once boiling, place the seasoned cod fillet in the steamer and cover.
  5. Heat avocado oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add ginger and scallions, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Incorporate chopped Fresno chilies and sesame oil, stirring together for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Once the cod is finished steaming, remove it from the steamer and drizzle the ginger-scallion mixture over it before serving.
