Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend ½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries in a blender until they reach a smooth consistency, about 30 seconds.
  2. Spoon 1 cup of plain unsweetened yogurt into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
  3. Add a small dollop of the blueberry puree on top of the yogurt in each compartment.
  4. Swirl the blueberry puree into the yogurt gently to create a marbled effect.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and serve.
