- Blend ½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries in a blender until they reach a smooth consistency, about 30 seconds.
- Spoon 1 cup of plain unsweetened yogurt into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each mold about three-quarters full.
- Add a small dollop of the blueberry puree on top of the yogurt in each compartment.
- Swirl the blueberry puree into the yogurt gently to create a marbled effect.
- Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and serve.
