  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  3. Layer small cubes of cake in serving glasses, add cheesecake layer, then blueberry sauce. Repeat layers and finish with blueberry sauce on top.
  4. Cover the trifles and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to meld flavors and set.
  5. Garnish with fresh blueberries or mint before serving. Serve chilled.
